I will hang on to the $1900. Let you know the farm has been on sale -- [through] two different Freeport agencies, as well as [through] Mr [illegible] for six years and I have never had a bonefide offer for more than $1800-- Doubtless the land is worth more but [page 2] there is a [hoodoo?] of some sort, probably the grave yard.
I haven't heard from Mr Marvin yet, he will probably come along soon. I do hope you are better. I saw Marcet in N.Y. she seemed very happy & well established.
