Dearie

I thought of course you had seen the Post review and am sending it now with The Record [Herald] one. Miss Culver & various other people do not like the Post but I think it is because it is rather self-conscious. Why did you change back to the 23d? it is very disappointing when you are almost in sight, so to speak.

I went to the dentist again this morning and he insists upon one more examination by [page 2] a surgeon before he proceeds to fill up the space which in now rudely gaping in my mouth.

I took supper last night at Weber Linn's, going over at three in time to meet Esther & Eri who [were] there. The children were very dear and I had a fine time with them.

You make the hills seem very enchanting, I wish I might be there with you.

The checks just came, thank you as always [I am] thine
