My dear Mr. Perkins:-

Mr. Raymond Unwin of London arrives in Chicago Sunday morning from Montreal and will be here until Monday afternoon. He is considered the best architect of garden suburb development in England and had much to do with the promotion of garden cities on the social side as well as the technical.

We are inviting a few people to meet him at Hull-House on Sunday evening for supper at half past six and should be delighted to have Mrs. Perkins and yourself meet Mr. and Mrs. Unwin then. Mr. Unwin will give a little informal address later in the evening.
