Miss Jane Addams,
800 S. Halsted St., Chicago.
Dear Miss Addams:
If there is any hope of your coming to Milwaukee for the 23rd of May when the Mississippi Valley conference adjourns up here, may we count on you for one the speakers? We have planned four afternoon meetings and one big evening meeting and we are going to have a large number of speakers at each meeting, limiting each speech to ten minutes. Of course we want you, if there is any hope of getting you.
Faithfully yours,
Campaign Manager
P.S.--The Cooperative Committee will be glad to arrange for your entertainment. May we know by Tuesday the 18th, whether you can speak for us and what train you will arrive on?
