I am really much better and down stairs to stay this time we believe.

Mary Smith and I are Mrs Bowen's guests for a month or six weeks in Arizona. We leave Friday Jan'y 25th for Tucson -- the address is El Conquistador (Hotel) Tucson, Arizona.

You have been so good to send us so much fruit which we have all enjoyed very much and I am grateful for all the nice letters which were very charming.

My dearest love to the family.
