FOR SECTIONS

Having taken into consideration the draft law instituting the mobilisation of the entire French population in the event of war, THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE of the INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM asks each of the national sections to make every effort, in their respective countries, to:

(a) prevent the adoption of similar measures;
(b) obtain the abolition of all measures of the same nature already in force.
