My dear Stanley

I thank you very much for sending me the [enclosed] acc't. It is certainly gratifying to have the production increase as it does and we must hope for the best on prices.

And now for a piece of good news!

Mary Smith and I have accepted an invitation from Mrs Bowen -- who has a house in Pasadena this winter -- to spend two weeks [page 2] with her before she leaves April 4th. We are to be her guests from the time we leave New Orleans next Tuesday until we return to Chicago -- so you see it means that we shall see you all very soon. 

I have a speaking engagement in New Orleans on Wednesday so that we can't leave until Thursday noon on the Southern Pacific. [page 3]

I will write you as soon as we reach Pasadena and I can't tell you what a pleasure it will be to see you and Myra and the children so soon.

I am very much better for the rest and am starting off in good spirits. With dearest love to you all, always your loving Aunt Jane Addams
