Dear Madam [Noting] the Women's Movement for peace I inform you that any War draft will cause War here as Mo and Kansas men will not be slaughtered to further enrich -- World bankers.

Europe is in another War caused by taxation to pay interest on bonds, we have all the tax and interest we will pay.

Enclosed -- a heading for petitions or documents we are sending to Congress.

Suppress War by draft only by referendum will we stand war.
