My dear Mr. Rice:

Miss Jane Addams asked me to acknowledge your letter of April 28th and the Resolution [sent] by the citizens of Missouri to the Congress of the United States.

We are always so interested to have reports on what different parts of the country are doing toward the elimination of war. Thank you for both your letter and the resolution.

I shall send you a report of our meeting in Chicago which is being printed in our next Bulletin.

Faithfully yours,
Dorothy Detzer
Executive Secretary.
