Same Letter to all Members of Board of Directors

Miss Jane Addams
Hull House
Chicago, Ill.

My dear Miss Addams:

Mr. DeForest has called a meeting of the Board of Directors of Survey Associates, Inc. to be held at 4 o'clock, the afternoon of [Friday], June 14, in the Survey offices.

Survey matters of first rate importance including the resignation of Mr. Frank Tucker as member of the Board and as treasurer make it important that a quorum be present in order that his successor may be elected and the Survey not last through the summer without a treasurer.

The Survey is either facing a period of decreasing returns -- or a very real opportunity for growth and service; and affirmative action is desired by the staff on a constructive program for making the most of the opportunity before us.

Sincerely yours,

Secretary
