There will be a meeting of the members of the Committee upon Progressive Service for the State of Illinois at The City Club, 315 Plymouth Court, Tuesday afternoon, January 28th, at four o'clock.

As Mr. Baker, the Chairman of the Committee is out of town, I have been asked to send out this notice. A full attendance of the Committee is hoped for.
