Miss Jane Addams,
Hull House,
Chicago, Ill.
Dear Miss Addams:
You know I have always told you that I wanted you here for some Sunday at Golden Rule Park. I wish you would look over your dates and see what time during the summer it will be most convenient for you to spend a Sunday with us; and when you come I want you to plan to stay over Monday also. The question of how to righteously carry forward industry is one that is engaging my best attention and I need help, and I think your woman's intuition can be of as much service to me as anything I know.
I have just written a letter to Crosby, in which I have said somethings that I think may interest you, and enclose carbon copy.
Very sincerely yours,
Saml M. Jones [signed]
