My dear Madam:--

I am directed by the Governor to acknowledge receipt of your letter of February 11th, enclosing letters of endorsement for Mrs. Florence [Kelley], which have been submitted to his personal attention and filed, and will be given due consideration.

The Governor would be pleased to see you any morning between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00, except on Mondays and Saturdays, at his office in Springfield.
