My dear Miss Addams:

In all this time I have been unable to get an interview with Mrs. Carrie Chapman Catt. She has either been ill, or out of town, or otherwise engaged. I may get a word with her within the next ten days.

I have, however, had a satisfying interview with Margaret Sanger who says that she will do all in her power to make the book known and secure sales.

After I have seen Mrs. Catt I will communicate with you on this matter again.

The main object of my writing now is to send you the enclosed, which speaks for itself.

Very sincerely yours,

Adele S. Seltzer [signed]
