Dear Miss Addams:

Herewith is a copy of the minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Survey Associates, held at the residence of Mrs. Leach on the evening of March 2nd.

I hardly suppose it will be possible for you to be in New York on Thursday, April 19th but we are planning for a meeting of the Board on that evening, especially for the discussion of plans involving the long future of the Survey. It will be a more than ordinary important occasion and your counsel would be invaluable. Anyway, please have the date in mind, in case you should be coming this way.
