Dear Ida Lovett --
It is too nice that you are going to be at Hull-House for [ten] days at least. Of course you and Beatrice must have my two rooms for alas I am staying "in the east" until the meeting of the Nat. W.I.L. held in Swarthmore on Sept. 27th. Of course we must see you both before you go to Vienna. [page 2] When do you sail? Could you both come up here before we [leave] Sept 22d, meeting Mr Lovett up here or let us see you in New York or Boston before you sail? Could you stay until after the meeting on the 27th ↑at Swarthmore↓ that would be so nice for many reasons. At any rate we are not going to let you get off with a visit -- long or short. [page 3] Do let me have your impressions of Hull-House after you see it for a day or two.
Harriet Herrick, Eleanor Smith and Mary all send their dearest love and we are almost praying that you may be able to come here.
With love to Beatrice and to Hull-House, I am always devotedly yours
Jane Addams
