Dear Sister Kelly:
I got the same telegram you did and declined to sign it because I have no confidence in the integrity of the files in the Department of Justice.
Paul Kellogg telegraphed me the enclosed. I had already sent telegrams both to Governor Fuller and the President on very much the same lines, but am now sending one to Borah, as well as another to Governor Fuller.
