Geneva, Oct. 10th, 25.

Dear Miss Addams,

As [the?] majority of the Executive Members had answered in [favor] of forwarding the suggestions to the sections, I had the circular letter duplicated yesterday and it was ready to be posted when your and Miss Balch's telegram came.

They were especially keen on having the proposals forwarded because they were afraid of such an overflow [page 2] of suggestions as had come in for the Innsbruck meeting.

I hope that it will not do any [harm], as the majority of the sections may vote the proposals down.

Dr. Hamilton's lecture on Wednesday has been a great success. Now she is busy all the day with her Committee and we see her only at supper.

With highest regards

devotedly yours

Vilma Glücklich [page 3]
