Dear Dr. Lapp:
I am wondering why we have had no report from the Governing Board of the Social Workers' Country Club as to what steps that committee has taken since its meeting with the Trustees at Hull House on December 15, last. What has been done, if anything, as to relieving Mrs. Boller and closing the club house? If she has been relieved and the place is closed, is it in charge of a care taker and, if so, who is the care taker and what is be being paid? Has the committee prepared an itemized statement of the obligations of the club showing creditors and accounts? I called up Mr. Cahn thinking possibly the committee might have written to him as secretary instead of to me as treasurer, but he has had no word either.
