TELEGRAMS: COCHRANE PUGLIOLA.
Xmas day 1925
Dear Friend -- loved & [honored].
Before you get this Marion & I will have started for home, but I write today because I have been thinking of you, & because I so deeply desire to have a letter from you. I do not mind it [page 2] being dictated -- I only want to hear -- please.
We are staying with a friend, rich & hospitable in her ↑white↓ marble mansion perched on a hill, 300 feet above the most beautiful view I have ever seen, except [illegible]. The Home party of 14 tourists of interesting people including the Bishop of Gibraltar (Greig) & his duty is to minister [page 3] to the English people all over Southern Europe. He is going to America next year, to enlist the attention of those of your great nation who come to these Southern climes -- & I will give him my card to you. You will do him good dear -- & he is very nice -- Don't forget what I say.
Lately I have taken to Broadcasting so if I come to see you next year I shall perhaps have that privilege.
I am 74-5 now & my brain is as good as ever -- but I get too [tired] more quickly. I suffer too from much admiration, & have to mind my sentences wh. gets also [to] be tiring!
The Institute will be again soon enlarged. We have 12-/1300 fee paying students besides the hundreds who come free, so culture & good-will are being spread. Thank God. Please please say how you are & know that you have the deep love of
Henrietta O. Barnett.
