The China Medical Boat Fund

The object of this Fund shall be to relieve suffering, to instruct in sanitation and personal hygiene, and to bring the knowledge of Jesus' love and way of living to the Chinese people who dwell in the villages along the Grand Canal, China. A well-equipped medical boat with physicians, nurses, and other workers shall ply back and forth between those villages in which clinics and meetings are held. As soon as the means of the Fund will permit. Health Centers shall be established in the larger villages. The aim of such Centers shall be, not only to give medical treatment and to promote social and sanitary reforms, but in so doing to demonstrate the spirit and principles of Jesus.

CLASSES OF MEMBERS

Contributing members, who by the payment of $1.00, or more annually, will be entitled to receive the Bulletin and other publications.

Sustaining Members, who pay regularly $25.00 or more, for the support of some special worker. [page 2]

Sustaining Members pay regularly for the support of some special workers as follows:

Chinese Worker Salary per Month
Coolie -- $10.00
Janitor or House "Boy" -- 15.00
Teacher or Evangelist -- 25.00
Nurse (woman) -- 30.00
Nurse (man) --  35.00
Social Worker -- 50.00
Physician (Chinese) -- 75.00

Check off the worker which you wish to support and return card with money to the Treasurer.
