27 March 1926.

My dear Miss Balch,

Gradually I am succeeding in mastering the details of the office. I have now a list of the speakers thus far secured for the Summer School. They are as follows: -- Yourself, Miss Addams, [Gertrud] Baer, Miss Emma Thomas, and Marcelle Capy.

There is a possibility that Dorothy Woodman, of the London office, may be able to come part of the time, but she will not know what time she can give, or whether she can come in time ↑↓at all↓, until the 1st of June.

At the Executive Committee meeting in Paris, the Germans and the Swedes were very eager to have Prof. Barany, and the French were quite anxious to have Prof. Langevin. Miss Doty agreed, upon their [insistence], and Madame Jouve is to arrange for Prof. Langevin, while Madame Beskow of Sweden will secure Prof. Barany.

That is the whole corps as at present arranged for. Of course we are sure that you will want us to secure Madame Duchȇne.

You must be having a wonderful time in Haiti, and we shall read your report on it with the greatest interest.

I am going to close as I did in my last letter to you, reiterating that it is really most important for you to come to the Summer School this year.

Affectionately yours,

Katherine D. Blake [signed]
