My dear Mr. Taylor:

I have delayed answering your letter for a day or two hoping the French edition of Mlle. Marcelle Capy's book would arrive. I also have very little material [about] her but I am writing to Europe to see if I can secure something.

I should like nothing better than to write a short [foreword] for it and thank you very much for asking me. I have been so eager this last year to send Mlle. Marcelle Capy to Mexico. They receive a French or Spanish speaker much more enthusiastically than anyone from England or the United States and we hope to secure her to deliver a series of lectures on Internationalism, perhaps in connection with the national W.I.L. The plan has never matured but I hope to be able to do something about it this summer when I will see her in Dublin. She is going early as one of the committee preparing the Congress.

Faithfully yours,
