My dear Miss Addams:

Mrs. Pratt is just back from Europe and suggests that we have our last Board Meeting of the year in Glen Cove on Saturday, June 17 at a half-past one o'clock luncheon. That would give us a good long afternoon in the garden to talk over the Survey and Survey Graphic. I am writing to all Board Members early enough ahead to see if that date and plan is practical.

Will you let me hear from you at once so that we can make the arrangements about getting there.
