My dear Miss Addams:

I take pleasure in letting you know that at a recent meeting of the Executive Committee you were [reelected] a member of the National Council of this Association to serve for 1921-1923. I am enclosing with this a draft of our program adopted after consultation with a number of people eminently qualified to judge of its practicability.

We hope very much that you will find it possible to continue to serve on the Council and will let us know of your decision before the next meeting of the Executive Committee called for January 26th.
