According to Resolution III “on the current military actions in Russia and Hungary” of our International Women’s Congress in Zurich from May 1919, the International Women’s League, German branch, addresses the urgent request to our International Office in Geneva, if possible on behalf of all affiliated sections of our Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, to raise the strongest protest against the threatened world blockade against Soviet Russia.
Our international women in all countries of the world should force their governments to distance themselves from one of the vilest means of war -- the hunger blockade.--
Furthermore, such a blockade, as our Resolution III already says, stands in big contradiction with President Wilson’s fourteen points, which give every nation the right to determine its own form of government.
