THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF AMERICA FOR DEMOCRACY AND PEACE
NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS
138 WEST 13TH STREET
NEW YORK CITY

February 25th, 1918.

Mrs. [Eleanor Karsten],
National Woman's Peace Party,
Hull House, Chicago, Ill.

My dear Mrs. [Karsten]:

At the suggestion of Miss Balch, I am sending you a copy of a Constructive World Program for Democracy and Peace adopted by our National Conference the other day, also a copy of the resolutions. By tomorrow we expect to have the current issue of the People's Council Bulletin off the press, which will contain full details about the Conference. We all felt greatly gratified over the result and think that the whole thing has been eminently worth while.

Please convey my regards to Miss Addams and tell her how sorry I was that she could not be with us.

Most sincerely yours,

Louis P. Lochner [signed]
