Dearest Lady

We are having an emergency meeting of the [officers] of the Woman's Peace Party in New York on Wednesday Feby 21" as per the [enclosed] announcement. I think I will stay until Saturday and if there is a meeting of "The Union against Militarism" during that time I shall want to attend it for my own edification. [page 2] How perplexing it all is!

Mary leaves for Colorado tomorrow and then will meet me in two weeks, some way where in the mid south. I am being sent away to get rid of this horrid bronchitis but am allowed to go by way of New York. Dearest Lady it will be awfully nice to see you. I am always devotedly yours
