My dear Mr. Baker:
May I present to you Mr. Louis P. Lochner, who has been acting from the beginning as General Secretary of the Neutral Conference sitting at Stockholm. He has some very interesting information and experiences to give you, and I hope I am not presuming upon your time when I ask you to grant him a short interview.
I have not been in Washington since you have been in the Cabinet, but I hope very much to see you there when the Woman's Peace Party holds its Annual Meeting in December.
