Miss Jane Addams
Bar Harbor, Maine

Dear Miss Addams:

The time seems opportune to give fullest consideration to the year's program and finances of The Survey. To effect this, we are arranging:

Board meeting, Friday, October 20th, 4 p.m., Survey Library, 112 E. 19th St. -- budget, administrative problems.

Joint dinner meeting of Board and National Council, 6:30 p.m., Friday, October 20th, Aldine Association, Fifth Ave. & 23rd St.

The date set is one on which at least three out-of-town members can be present, -- Dr. Richard C. Cabot, Mr. Fels and Dr. Patten; and the evening meeting, with business matters disposed of, will give us plenty of time for general discussion of the opportunities which The Survey faces in the year ahead.

I hope you can be with us, and will let me have word during this week.

Sincerely,

Item Relations
