December
Twenty-third
1915
My dear Miss Whyte:
Miss Addams has asked me to acknowledge your letter of December the 5th and to tell you of her slow improvement of health. She returned day before yesterday to Hull-House from the hospital, but must still remain in bed and under the care of a nurse.
She confidently hopes to be able to go to Holland for a meeting in the spring, the date to be fixed according to her convenience.
She is sending a copy of the little book gotten out by some of our American delegates after their return from The Hague Congress last spring.
Sincerely yours,
Executive Secretary.
Miss Jane E. Whyte,
7 Charlotte Square,
Edinburgh, Scotland.
