I have been trying all day to get you on the phone, but you are hard to catch. Mrs. Edward Morris has asked me to show her the Hull House. It is more than a curiosity; she wants to study it. She is getting interested in my work, and if you can indicate a time that you will be in, I should like to have you meet her, just for a few moments. Do not "go around" with us a little bit; somebody else will do that. Mrs. Morris is a daughter of S. F. Swift, the great packer, and daughter-in-law of Nelson Morris, ditto. If you are at home tomorrow afternoon (Thursday) any time from one to five, I will see if Mrs. Morris can fit in; if not, it will have to go over until next week.
May I ask you to answer this by telephone, 1102 Douglas, tomorrow morning? I am sorry to break in a little bit on your time, but [illegible] for something first chance.
