April 2, 1915.

Dear Miss Addams:

As an Easter message let me tell you that the number of copies of "Toward the Peace that shall last" that have been distributed or ordered mounts up to 50,000!

At Miss Wald's suggestion we have taken the matter up with Dr. Finley, Commissioner of Education of the State of New York, and either through his bulletin or a special pamphlet may get it into every school house in the state. If this plan works we shall of course take it up in other states.

With best wishes,

Sincerely,

Paul U. Kellogg [signed]
