Miss Addams asks me to inform you that the Executive Council of the Woman's Peace Party have selected you as a Member of the [Cooperating] Council of this organization, which as you will see, is composed of the presidents of the national women's societies.

I am enclosing two pamphlets, which will explain the plan and purpose of the Woman's Peace Party.
