Dear Miss [Addams] --

Have you not some authority on psychology, in the University of Chicago, who can get up something agst. Prof. Munsterberg's Sept. Century article? If women have the inability to concede actualities, when explained and argued, that Munsterberg claims [page 2] his "tests" show, the argument agst. woman suffrage is somewhat strengthened. I read the article, yesterday; & regret to see, [today], that some of our papers are featuring the thing nearly a column long.

Very truly yours

Henry Opdyke [signed]
