HULL-HOUSE
800 SOUTH HALSTED STREET
CHICAGO
August 1, 1913.
My dear Mrs. [Dreier]: --
I am going on to Washington with Mrs. Bowen and one or two other people from Chicago for the National Suffrage Convention but am afraid that I cannot now promise to stay over in Brooklyn. Could you not write me a little later on and I will promsie to make every effort to come if it is possible.
You are doing such splendid things in New York that I am sure you will soon have suffrage there.
Sincerely yours,
Jane Addams. [signed]
Mrs. H. E. [Dreier]
