My dear Mrs Hicks

Will you please give the [enclosed] to "the staff" of the Coffee House [etc.] I have sent so many big postal cards from here in the past, that this year I am trying these.

All seems to be going very well from all I hear and I congratulate you on your arrangements. I have written Frank Keyser that I thought it had been all arranged that Billie and Mr Fairbanks had your apartment, I [page 2] am sure that is the very best disposition of it, in relation to the Boys Club. I am also very anxious that [Mr. Nimic?] should move out by Oct 1st as he is willing to do, for even if there is a hitch about the pottery we can use it another way, [although] I hope the pottery will go in [there?].

Always devotedly yours

Jane Addams
