A program of tolerance and good will for Chicago and the nation was expressed today by speakers of national prominence at a meeting of the Chicago forum while seven national and racial groups contributed to the program with folk songs in their native tongues.

The vital necessity of international and civic relations based on understanding and tolerance was voiced by Miss Jane Addams, social worker. She called unscientific any attempt to prove the superiority of the Nordic races and deplored a decline in tolerance in the last decade.
