Miss Addams has sent me your letter of January 13 telling her that Mrs. Brittingham intends to ask her to speak at the State Social Work Conference. Miss Addams said that she hoped that I would be able to make some suggestion of someone in her place. Of course, you may already have placed a speaker but I should be very glad to know if we can help you in getting one. As Miss Addams is the president of our organization she would be interested in assisting you since she cannot be present herself.
