My dear Grace Abbott,
Will you make out a tentative program on Child Welfare similar to the ones enclosed that we may send it to the actual program committee at Honolulu. I suppose you will not want to go to Honolulu so soon again, but it would make a very great difference to me if you could be there. The correspondence with the Oriental women is really quite touching and it looks as if there would be a fairly good attendance from China and Japan and a quite overwhelming one from New Zealand and Australia.
Dr. Valeria Parker, President of the National Council of Women will arrange for delegates from the leading organizations of women at the meeting in December and in many ways the outlook is very promising.
I do hope we are going to see you at Hull House ↑soon.↓
