Chicago, Ill.

Dear Miss Addams:

I have read Mr. Elliott's letter on his work at the Dennison plant with a great deal of interest and I know Miss Amidon and Mr. [Bruère] of our Industrial Department will be eager to get in touch with him. One of Miss Amidon's chief interests is experience in "Education on the Job."

We had thought to call our June Number that but the materials did not warrant the title alluring as they were in their values. So it is a lead we shall want to plow deeper. I like especially what Mr. Elliott says on directing their attention "On What The Student Does not what He Hears;" "On Emphasizing the Habits of Self-Development instead of What He Learns."

Sincerely,

Editor.
