I received your kind invitation this morning but it is impossible for me to accept it as I am not able to get [out?]. I am pretty well other wise you know I would not be here if was able to go home but I am pretty comfortable here and my Health is pretty good but not able yet and I thank you ever so much for remembering [page 2] me from the old days. I hope you will have a Large Company at dinner and make some money. Wishing you a happy new year and I
