On receipt of your first note I wired for the stenographic transcript of what I said at Des Moines and just received that this morning. It will require considerable revision, but I am going to make an effort to revise it and get out the revised version in time for mailing to you special delivery on Saturday so that you will receive it on Sunday, the twenty-ninth instant.
