I forgot an appointment I had with Mrs Gilman from Minneapolis at lunch. She leaves town at three today so there seems no way out.
Will you please represent Hull-House as well as the J. P. League? The [enclosed] letter from Lea Taylor makes me feel that perhaps we would better pay our fifty dollars and give the Council a chance.
