Madam,

I hasten to thank you for the encouragement that the Executive Committee of the International League was kind enough to send me for my action in the House against the project on the general organization of the nation for times of war.

I am very happy to have the precious [illegible] of your organization for a fight that we will have to continue against a wrongdoing and a state of mind reprehensible against all.

I will not make every effort to find a [soon?] opportunity to read in the French Parliament the protection drafted by your Executive Committee.

Please accept, Madam, the assurance of my respectful consideration.
