WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM
February 19, 1927.
My dear Mr. Armour,
I [am] enclosing a history of the Women's International League which tells something about our work both in the United States and abroad.
As you can see we have no section in Russia and of course have received no money from that country.
I am showing you the sort of appeal which we sent out to our members in America when we wished to raise [money] for the Dublin Congress. We had a [few] $1000 gifts [but] most of it came in small sums.
I should be very glad to answer questions more in detail if [this] does not answer your purpose.
Faithfully yours,
Jane Addams [signed]
