But Vilma Glücklich left me a balance of about $700 so that the total balance at present in the bank is about $1,400, or 7000 Swiss francs. This means that if I do not raise any more money (and I am not so likely to now that England and Sweden have made such generous contributions) I can still carry my expenses at 3500 Swiss francs or $700 a month and have a margin for emergencies. Of course, there is the expense of the Executive Committee meeting in Paris on February 6th. Four ↑Executive↓ members must have their traveling expenses paid, and then the Irish are depending upon me to bear the expense of the printing for the Congress -- the program, etc. If we are really on our feet and can get on well, though I still long for enough to send Marcelle Capy on a speaking trip and to bring different National Secretaries here to get acquainted and thrash out our difficulties.

↑The "Pax" for November & December in the 3 editions French, German & English averaging 1200 copies a month amounted to $416. We receive $400 from the American Fund for two months, so it leaves us a balance of $16. to pay.↓
