I have only [today] sent to Miss Rudholm the material which she wanted regarding Borah's plan and methods. I delayed until I had printed the last pamphlet, which contains the debate on the Moses reservation to outlaw war from the Court.

I hope you are not getting back in our obsolete and miserable winter weather.
