December 1, 1925.
Dear Friends:
Thee is cordially invited to meet Count Richard N. de Coudenhove-Kalergi of Vienna, at 20 South 12th Street, Philadelphia, on Third Day, 12th mo., 8th, at 4:30 P.M.
Count de Coudenhove-Kalergi is the much discussed author of Pan Europa, but as Thomas Kelly wrote of him "he is above all the author of the idea for European [cooperation] which that book contains." He is lecturing in this country under the auspices of the Foreign Policy Association.
He is well acquainted with the work and message of Friends in Europe, and is personally known to Emma Cadbury, Elbert Russell, and others of our workers. He has expressed a desire to meet Friends while in this country, and we hope that there will be many of us here to greet him and his wife, if she can be present, on December 8th. We hope thee will share this invitation with thy friends.
Sincerely thine,
