Permit me to introduce the Bearer of these lines, Count Coudenhove-Kalergi, who has come to this country in order to preach the gospel of Pan-Europe, an idea of which he is the foremost champion, and which seems to be making headway very rapidly in Europe.

I am certain that you will be much interested in hearing Count Coudenhove-Kalergi develop his thoughts, and if you could help him to meet people whose sympathy it might be worth while enlisting, I should be very much indebted to you.
